WR: Arts Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT & REGISTRATION:
Credit card or ACH banking information is required to submit a registration. Your card/bank account will be charged automatically when we process your registration (usually within a week of when registration is received) in order to secure your spot. 

Any requests for makeups for absences or refunds, credits, transfers for early withdrawals are at the discretion of WR Arts, Inc. and its representatives. Any requests for pro-rating will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is dependent upon the discretion of WR Arts, Inc. and its representatives. All classes & In School programs require a minimum of 4 participants. Once registration and payment are received, you will receive a confirmation email with program details included. We reserve the right to change the class or cancel any classes that do not meet minimum enrollment.

Prorated refunds to your card may be granted within the first month of enrolled programing. Requests outside of this period may be refunded to your Active account, for future use.

CANCELLATIONS:

48-hour notice required for drop-in cancellation; 7-day notice required for In- School &/ or In-Studio Program cancellation. Cancellations outside of the timeframe may become an account credit, less the $25.00 administrative fee & the cost of the day. 

ENROLLMENT CONDITIONS:
I understand and agree that WR Arts, Inc. reserves the right to deny service to anyone who is improperly dressed or disruptive, disrespectful, harassing, or inappropriate in a way that prohibits safe participation, or causes any kind of safety concern to any of our students or staff. 

I understand and agree that WR Arts, Inc. reserves the right to cancel my child's enrollment if payment is not made in a timely manner. 

I do hereby consent to my child's participation in WR Arts, Inc. program. I also agree to forever release WR Arts, Inc. its respective owners, employees, staff, faculty, contractors or volunteers from any and all claims or liability that may arise from my child's participation in WR Arts, Inc. program. I understand that participation in Dance, Movement, Drama, Theater, Creative Theater, Fit Kids, Creative Movement, open play and tumbling carries with it a reasonable assumption of risk.

I accept and assume all the risks existing in this activity. I hereby release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless WR Arts, Inc. and all representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with enrollees participation in this activity or the use of WR Arts, Inc. equipment and facilities.

 I understand WR Arts Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen property and I do release the staff & faculty of WR Arts Inc. from any and all claims of liability that may arise.

I certify that the enrollee has no condition that prohibits full participation in the activities held by WR Arts, Inc.  

Photo & Video release:

I authorize WR Arts, Inc. to photograph or film myself and/or my child (children) without compensation at any studio, workshop, or activity for the use of WR Arts, Inc. In-Studio, In-School, and/ or Summer Arts promotional efforts.

Offsite Conditions:

I give permission to WR Arts, Inc. and its staff and contractors to chaperone my child to off-site locations exclusive to Brick Aux, McCarren Park, Crest Hardware, Jaime Campiz Playground, Brooklyn Public Library, and Cooper Park.
